Description
Reason of simulation:
As fermentation temperature must be controlled strictly, accurate adjustment and control on the cooling temperature, time and sequence of each cooling section are required.
However for large tanks it is not easy to control the temperature and cooling rate of fermenting liquor due to its great thermal inertia. We understand that many factors will influence the cooling effect, such as heat transfer rate, flow of fermented liquor, natural convection rate and the quantitative relationship between
convection and heat transfer rate, therefore to develop the effective control on fermented liquor temperature has very significant meaning.
Method:
By means of Calculation Flow Dynamic (CFD), fermenting liquor as the object, set up mathematic model for heat and momentum transfer, then process data simulation during cooling by figure separation technology.
