- Stainless steel finish:

* Exterior weld splatter, smoke, and discoloration are removed and the weld will retain its general bead characteristics and profile.

* Uniform bright matte finish on the exterior stainless steel surfaces. Prepared with a glass bead blasting process.

* Interior welds will have splatter and smoke removed and be ground flush to a 180 grit finish.

VBS 16x12x12 Airlock

- 12" square inlet and outlet with a displacement of 1.1 CFR at 100% full.

- Fabricated 304L stainless steel endplates and housing.

- Inboard bearings with double lipped neoprene seals.

- Fabricated 304L stainless steel eight-vaned, "open end" rotor with aluminum bronze overlay.

Kice Model VR32-10 TBR Venturi-Jet Filter

- Filter is complete with 377 square feet of filter media, selected to serve 3500 SCFM of dry, ambient, dust-laden air based on air to cloth ratio of 9.28:1. The Kice filter has an interstitial velocity of 270 FPM. Each unit will require approximately 6 CFM of 80-100 PSIG compressed air at tank inlet for bag cleaning.

- Venturi-Jet cleaning system includes sequence controller, Venturi-Jet valves with supplementary valves, air tank, gauge, fittings, tubing, couplings, and pressure differential gauge. Controls are 100% solid state, 120VAC mounted in a NEMA 4 control box. Solenoid valves to operate the blast valves are NEMA 4.

- Top bag removable with quick access hatches on clean air chamber.

- Clean air chamber with pitched roof.

- Tube sheet.

- Filter housing designed to withstand operating conditions of 100 in. w.g. vacuum and 100 in. w.g. pressure, complete with hinged aluminum bag housing access door. Filter will be shipped factory assembled in major sections (i.e. housing and hopper), bags not installed.

- 32 ea. 4 5/8 inch dia. x 10' 16oz polyester filter bags .

- 32 ea. galvanized top bag removable cages.
